The iWAM Report System
The jobEQ system provides various iWAM reports for individuals, pairs, teams, and organizations. The reports include graphical, numerical as well as descriptive interpretations to suit all learning types.
- Unlike other tests, the iWAM's report system also gives specific directions, suggests action steps based on the implications of the motivational and attitudinal patterns identified, hence is an excellent tool for coaching. The reports also explain why differences might occur between two individuals, and compare the individuals to a standard group (i.e. it shows how others actually see you!)
- As the iWAM reports describe motivational and attitudinal patterns in the work context. These patterns are context specific - as opposed to e.g. personality, which tends to be stable across situations - therefore the iWAM is more effective than other instruments that are not context-sensitive, its results are far more relevant, useful and applicable in the work environment.
- The iWAM reports are significantly deeper and more comprehensive than any other test as they describe a person in 48 motivational and attitudinal patterns and explain their consequences in the work context.
- The iWAM reports also avoid rigid categorization, i.e. putting people in boxes, which usually is a weakness of other tests; instead the iWAM measures these patterns on numerical scales so that you see not only the presence but also the significance of a pattern. The iWAM 'maps' a person's unique combination of motivations!
- The iWAM report is unique also in the sense that it shows not only absolute percentages - i.e. scores showing how strong one's 48 patterns appear compared to each other - but also relative percentages, i.e. how one's score in a given pattern relates to that of others (a standard group to which an individual is being compared; either chosen - e.g. a team or the top performers in a position -, or by default a representative group of who have taken the test so far in the given country. Click here to see the U.S. 2007 standard group).
How can the great value be even greater? In addition to the bulk discounts for the iWAM tests, the wide range of iWAM reports is available at no extra fees, the standard price of the iWAM test includes unlimited report generation possibilities! The iWAM reports are real catalysts to changes and improvement and their wide range is exceeded only by that of their applications!
>> Here are some sample reports that can be generated by the iWAM Survey System:
The iWAM Management Report identifies a person's motivational and attitude preferences in the job context and predicts how this person will behave in administrative, customer contact, or managerial roles, etc. The first section of the report contains the descriptive part, while following section is a graphic profile that shows the individual's absolute score position as well as the relationship of a given score to the country's standard group, and the recommended motivation language. (Note: this report contains a custom introduction and ending that can be modified in the 'meta-report option' - see below).
The iWAM Communication Report can be created as part of the Management Report too, it ranks the patterns from the highest to the lowest score and lists the language of motivation to the patterns - the type of communication to use and to avoid.
The iWAM Paired Comparison Report lists top similarities and differences, and their implications and is a perfect resource for paired coaching, conflict resolution, communication improvement, etc.
The iWAM Team Report is a graphical interpretation of team members' scores in the different patterns. It is an excellent resource for coaching to a team or a group of people on how to work together more effectively. (Note: this is a one-page sample of the team report showing only 3 of the 48 patterns).
The iWAM Personal Graph can be generated as a section of the Management Report or as a separate graphic. This report shows two kinds of information: (1) how the person compares to the standard group, and (2) the language that will trigger the individual's patterns (motivational language).
The iWAM Attitude Sorter predicts key motivational preferences and development areas. The Attitude Sorter ranks the 48 iWAM patterns from "high" to "low". The report displays the 8 highest patterns and the 4 lowest and explains the consequences in terms of personal strengths and development areas. This report is an ideal tool for coaching purposes.
The iWAM results can be used to create the Attitude Sorter Wheel. While the written report generates a text list, the Wheel displays all 48 patterns from highest to lowest. Further, the graphic position on the Wheel is based on the Standard Group for your country/culture. Check out the sample of Attitude Sorter Wheel!
iWAM Ranking Report (When report appears in new window, click on "Details" to see Individual Report)
The iWAM Ranking Report offers an objective ranking of all the candidates for a position or all the people currently in a role. The ranking makes it easy to decide whom to interview or to analyze what factors separate your best performers from their peers.
Meta-Reports
| "Reports from the iWAM assessment have been very well received by my executive coaching clients. The Meta report has proven particularly beneficial in helping the leaders I work with understand and benefit from my iWAM interpretations. I recently facilitated an eight hour team building project with six top executive leaders using the team report and information from the iWAM Resource Guide. The process proved to be as fun as it was informative. The feedback was very positive. They said it was the best leadership and team development process they had ever experienced." |
