iWAM Certification Program

The iWAM is one of the most
unique, powerful and comprehensive assessment tools available. It measures motivational and attitudinal patterns (also referred to as "metaprograms" by neurolinguistic psychologists) that have high explanatory and predictive power in performance and behavior.

The Institute for Work Attitude & Motivation
in cooperation with jobEQ, has instituted a professional certification program for the Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM) for North America. Certification is granted at various levels depending upon the background, experience, and goals of the candidate. The Certification is available in a 3-day training program format or in a 2 days plus 1 day pre-reading and online materials format, suiting your schedule and needs. OD consultants, coaches, HR professionals, headhunters, NLP professionals, trainers, and many others can benefit from getting certified and adding this unique tool and skillset to their repertoire. Find out how You can benefit from becoming a Certified iWAM Professional and decide for yourself! This might be your big chance. And this might be the perfect time to start something new and stand out from the competition!

Purpose of the Certification Program

The primary purpose of the iWAM Certification Program is to prepare qualified professionals to understand the nature of the test and what it measures, interpret the results of the iWAM for different individuals in different contexts, and apply the iWAM to a variety of individual, pair, team, and organization challenges.

Certification Goal & Philosophy

The overall goal of certification in the use of the iWAM is to provide qualified professionals with the level of knowledge and skill to understand and interpret the iWAM to client organizations and to assist client organizations and end-users in the proper application of the iWAM to various settings.

The Institute’s iWAM Certification Program meets all the standards of professional development and continuing education programs, yet is never viewed as sufficient to leave as it is. There is constant monitoring of the quality of the program, assessment of the impacts of the program on professionals, and solicitation of feedback about professional competencies and needs based on the field experiences of certified professionals.

Welcome to the World of the iWAM. We look forward to working with you.
